About me
My name is Alice, and I am a psychologist, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher in training with Sat Dharam Kaur from the Saibhang Institute, a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, and an NLP Practitioner. My work lies at the intersection of mind, body, and spirit—guided by the belief that true healing begins when we reconnect with our inner wisdom.
My journey with Kundalini Yoga began in 2017 in New York City, where I practiced intensely at Golden Bridge Yoga and RA MA Yoga Institute. What started as curiosity quickly became a powerful, transformational path. The depth, clarity, and inner stability I found through the practice influenced me profoundly and continue to shape both my personal life and professional approach.
Today, I integrate psychological insight with yogic tools to help people cultivate resilience, emotional balance, and self-awareness. Whether through therapy, yoga, or mindful practices, my intention is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, rediscover their inner balance, and experience meaningful growth.
