In a world that often moves too fast, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves — our inner rhythm, our needs, and our natural cycles. These bi-monthly online meditation gatherings, aligned with the New Moon and Full Moon, are an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Held twice a month, these sessions create a gentle and supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and realign — both with yourself and with the natural rhythms of life.
Why Practice with the Moon?
For centuries, the lunar cycle has been a powerful symbol of change, renewal, and transformation. Just as the moon moves through phases, we too experience cycles of growth, release, and renewal.
By aligning with these natural rhythms, we create space for greater awareness, clarity, and intention in our lives.
Each phase offers a different opportunity:
🌑New Moon: A Time to Plant Seeds
The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle. It is a time of stillness, inward reflection, and planting seeds for what we wish to grow.
During these sessions, we will focus on:
Setting clear and meaningful intentions
Connecting with inner desires and direction
Grounding and centering the mind and body
Creating space for new beginnings
🌕 Full Moon – Release & Integration
The Full Moon represents illumination and completion. It brings awareness to what has come to the surface and invites us to release what no longer serves us.
During these sessions, we will focus on:
Letting go of emotional or mental tension
Releasing limiting patterns or beliefs
Reflecting on personal growth
Cultivating clarity and inner balance
What you'll need: a quiet space, a meditation cushion or folded blanket, water nearby, and (ideally) a pen and a journal. Nothing fancy. The most important thing you bring is your willingness to show up.
